This page exists because most people do not need more theory. They need one useful experience to take the edge off.
Open the AI assistant you already have access to. If you do not have one, go to ChatGPT or any mainstream assistant.
Paste this prompt:
I am curious about AI, but I do not want hype or jargon. Based on a typical week for an adult over 45, give me three small ways I could use AI right now: one for work, one for daily life, and one for creativity. For each, tell me why it is useful, what kind of tool would help, and the easiest first step.
Then ask:
Which option is the best first win if I want low effort, low risk, and a clear payoff?
Which option felt immediately useful?
Which option felt annoying or unnecessary?
What concerns came up around trust, privacy, or accuracy?
What is one small task I will test this week?
How will I know whether AI actually helped?
Bonus tip: Keep your first experiment boring on purpose. Boring is underrated. Boring is where habits come from.
When you have done that, turn the page.
